The Site Survey

Stand in the middle of your life and look at it as if it were a building. Somebody drew these plans, and the chances are it was not you.

Every sound build starts with someone walking the site and being honest about what is there. This survey asks two questions across eight areas: what productive habit do I still do, and what unproductive habit is creeping back in?

Score each statement from 1 (not at all true) to 5 (completely true) – for today, not your best day. A high score is always good, including the Watch ones.
