Or write to me instead

If you would rather set out the situation in your own words first, or you need an invoice for group coaching or team training, this reaches me directly.

I reply to every enquiry personally, usually within one working day. Your details are used to answer you and nothing else — see the privacy page.

What happens next

  • If you are enquiring for yourself I will reply with a view on which programme fits, and a link to book the free call if that makes sense.
  • If you need an invoice Tell me roughly how many people and when. I will send an invoice against your purchase order along with some possible dates.
  • If I am not the right person I will say so. That is a better outcome for both of us than selling you something that will not work.

FAQs

Questions people ask first

What actually happens on the free call?

You talk, mostly. I'll ask questions to understand the situation, and by the end I'll tell you honestly whether I think coaching would help and which programme would fit. If I don't think I'm the right person, I'll say so — that's a better outcome for both of us than selling you something that won't work.

How do I know if I need a coach?

The usual signs are feeling stuck or stretched thin, moving into a bigger role, or simply knowing you could be operating at a higher level and not being sure what is in the way. You do not need a crisis to justify it. If you are not sure, the free call will settle it either way.

How long does a programme last?

It depends on what we're working on. Programmes are designed case by case after an assessment, and the scope and length are agreed with you in writing before anything starts. Nothing is open-ended by default.

What does it cost?

Individual coaching starts at £95 a session, leadership coaching at £150, and team training days at £3,500. Every price is listed in full on the prices page. The discovery call is free either way.

Do you coach individuals, teams, or both?

Both. One-to-one coaching for individuals and managers, and group programmes and training days for intact teams. Where an organisation is investing in leadership more broadly, programmes are designed around what that organisation actually needs rather than off a shelf.

What results can I expect?

The changes clients report most often are clearer and more confident decisions, better conversations with the people they lead, teams that perform without being managed as closely, and more resilience under pressure. What I can guarantee is the quality of the work; the outcome depends on both of us turning up and doing it.

Is this coaching or therapy?

Coaching. The focus is forward-looking — performance, decisions, leadership, and the habits that support them. It's holistic, because work doesn't happen in isolation from the rest of your life, but it isn't clinical treatment. If something comes up that needs a different kind of professional, I'll say so.

Do we have to meet in person?

No. I'm based in Poole, Dorset, and work with clients online across the UK. In-person sessions can be arranged, and team programmes are often better delivered on site.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. I'm a member of the EMCC and work to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics, which sets clear standards on confidentiality. Where a programme is paid for by an employer, we agree at the outset exactly what does and doesn't get reported back.

How do I get started?

Book the free 30-minute discovery call at the top of this page, or send a message and I will come back to you. There is no obligation attached to either.
